The mission of the The Workforce Investment Board is two-fold. It ensures employers have access to qualified, work-ready employees and to find sustainable, life-long careers, and economic vitality for people in Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin counties.
The board promotes business involvement throughout the counties. They create and manage programs to meet the ever-changing needs of businesses, workers and the economy.
