Calling all businesses! Do you have full time, part time, summer jobs or career opportunities available for young adults? Jeffco YouthWorks is seeking businesses to attend the Jeffco YouthWorks Young Adult Job Fair on Tuesday, March 6th from 1:30 - 5:30 p.m. at Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
This hiring event is a no-cost way to recruit and support the youth in our community and to meet with and hire qualified workers. Businesses that will have a table at the 2012 event include Bandimere Speedway, Bruegger’s Bagels, Colorado Air National Guard, Foothills Park & Recreation District, Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse, Pirate’s Cove Family Aquatic Center and many more.
In years past, more than 1,200 youth between the ages of 14 to 21 have attended the Young Adult Job Fair and even more are expected this year. By participating in this job fair, local businesses have the opportunity to make an impact and shape tomorrow’s future workforce. Youth are open to learning new skills, are trainable, versatile, flexible, technology and social media savvy, and energetic. Job Club for Experienced Workers

Comments: The Jefferson County Job Club for Experienced Workers has a mission of motivating and stimulating learning while encouraging trust and collaboration for job seekers. The focus is on topics of interest to job seekers. This group also provides support and networking for experienced workers who are seeking their next employment opportunity.
Meetings are no-cost and no need to sign-up or RSVP, simply show up.
